All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany - but, I will ship a book just about anywhere. If your country is not listed, just send me a note with what you'd like and I'll get you a quote.

Please note that quotes listed are estimates. If it turns out that I over-charged you by more than 2euro, then I will refund you the difference.
